Two Pay Options – Your Choice
We understand that different candidates have different needs, which is why we offer two pay structures:
PAYE (Pay As You Earn) – Candidates are paid directly by Uniform Education, statutory rights including holiday pay within your pay, sick pay from day 4, and pension contributions.
External Payroll Provider – For those who prefer a different structure, we also offer payment through our chosen external payroll provider - Workwell. This option include's additional benefits depending on individual circumstances, giving candidates the flexibility to choose what works best for them.
