Our Expert Consultation Team

Our consultation team includes two active, working teachers, a London-based Secondary Teacher and a London-based Primary Teacher, each with over 15 years of experience. Their ongoing roles in education keep us informed about current policies, effective teaching strategies, and the real-world challenges educators face. This ensures that our recruitment processes are up-to-date and aligned with the latest developments in education.

A Team That Understands

What sets us apart is our genuine dedication to education. Many of our team members are parents themselves, which adds a personal touch to our work. We understand that finding the right teacher for the right school is essential not only for job satisfaction but also for the students’ benefit. This drives us to match candidates with schools where they will thrive and make a meaningful impact.

Special Focus on SEND

Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) are a core focus of our work. We actively seek the best SEND teachers to support our partner schools. Our in-depth knowledge of SEND requirements allows us to offer tailored support and place skilled professionals in roles where they can achieve the greatest impact.

Compliance and Competitive Pay

When placing teachers into long-term roles, we ensure full compliance with the Agency Workers Regulations (AWR). This means teachers are paid to scale according to industry standards. We collaborate closely with the Department for Education (DfE) and the Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC) to maintain the highest levels of compliance and candidate clearance.
