Celebrating 10 Years of Uniform Education: A Journey of Growth and Giving Back to Our Schools and Communities.
Uniform Education opened its doors in April 2015 with a simple goal: to provide our schools across London and the Home Counties with excellent staff, people who care really care about the children they teach and support. Since then, we’ve had the privilege of working with over 800 schools and placing more than 2,500 candidates. Over the past 10 years, we’ve grown, built lasting relationships, and become the agency of choice for many schools.
Our Growth and Success
When we started, we knew there was a need for a staffing agency that understood the challenges schools face. We worked hard to create solutions that would help schools find the right staff quickly and efficiently. Here’s how we’ve been able to support schools over the years:
A Wide Range of Candidates: We make sure we have candidates with different skills and experience so that schools can find the best person for each job.
Flexible Options: Whether schools need staff for a day, a term, or longer, we offer flexible solutions to meet their needs.
Ongoing Support: We’re always there to support schools and candidates, making sure things run smoothly for everyone involved.

Giving Back to Our Community
At Uniform Education, we believe in the importance of giving back to the community. We want to make sure that our success also benefits others. Over the years, we’ve started a few programs to support those in need:
Supporting Schools with Sports Kits: We understand that sports play a key role in student development. That’s why we’ve been able to provide schools with football kits and sports equipment to help students get the most out of their extracurricular activities.
Monthly Donations to a Hertfordshire Food Bank: Every month, we give a donation to the Food Bank in Hertfordshire. This helps provide food and essentials to local families who need support.
Donating 5% of Our Turnover to School + Community Initiatives: We commit to giving back at least 5% of our turnover each year to different community projects. This ensures we’re doing our part to help those in need.
Looking to the Future
As we look back on the last 10 years, we’re grateful for the journey and excited for what’s to come. We’ve learned a lot, built strong relationships, and made a positive impact in our community. Our focus will always be on providing the best service to schools and continuing to support those around us.
