Recruitment Consultants
Uniform Education are one of the fastest growing education recruitment agencies in London and the home counties, and we are looking to expand our ever growing team with the hire of Recruitment Consultants.
Uniform Education were established in 2015 and have seen substantial growth, resulting in opportunities for a Recruitment Consultant to be based in London. The role will suit a self-motivator due to the role being field based. Three days of the week you will be based from home covering a local borough or home county, two days a week attending head office in London.
Duties and Responsibilities
To achieve weekly GP targets
To maintain and build relationships with schools that regularly use Uniform Education for permanent and fixed term recruitment
To register a set number of teachers, teacher assistants and non-classroom based support staff per week
To achieve weekly and monthly targets
Access to job boards and the Uniform database to assist you in achieving your targets
Expectation to attend meetings with prospective and existing clients
Registration process will involve meeting potential candidates to complete required safeguarding checks
Required skills and attributes
The successful person will have a minimum 12 months sales experience looking to make a move in to recruitment
Are you from an education recruitment background; we are considering applications from experienced consultants also
Ideally you will hold a driving license and have access to a car
Confident and well organised individual
A driven individual who has the ability to meet weekly targets
A self-motivated

Salary between £20-100k dependant on experience and predominately a commission led role, excellent commission and bonus scheme in place
