About the Role:

• Supporting students in primary, secondary, and SEND schools

• Working 1:1 or in small groups to support learning and development

• Assisting with classroom activities and behaviour management

• Helping students with ASD, SEMH, ADHD, and other additional needs

• Collaborating with teachers and SENCOs to create an inclusive learning environment

Requirements:

• Previous experience as an LSA, Teaching Assistant, Support Worker, or similar

• Passion for working with children and young people

• Ability to build rapport and engage students effectively

• A proactive and adaptable approach to supporting learning

• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
