About the Role:
We are seeking enthusiastic and compassionate SEN Learning Support Assistants to support students aged 2–19 with autism and complex needs. This is a rewarding opportunity to contribute to a nurturing and inclusive learning environment where every child is encouraged to thrive.

As a teaching assistant, you will:

  • Provide tailored support to students during lessons, activities, and therapies.

  • Help implement individual education plans (IEPs) and behaviour strategies.

  • Encourage students’ social, emotional, and academic development.

  • Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and families to achieve the best outcomes.

  • Foster independence and life skills to prepare students for future opportunities.

About You
We’re looking for candidates with:

  • A genuine passion for working with children and young people with SEN.

  • Patience, empathy, and the ability to build trusting relationships.

  • Experience in an SEN setting (desirable but not essential – training is provided).

  • A proactive and flexible approach to supporting diverse needs.
